About The Position
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented Global Travel Coordinator and Assistant Admin to join our fast-paced, global company.
This dynamic role is split into two core responsibilities: providing dedicated and proactive calendar management support for our CEO, along with ongoing administrative and operational assistance as needed and leading the travel coordination for our entire global team across multiple territories.
The ideal candidate is a logistics expert, thrives in a collaborative environment, and possesses the flexibility to support executive operations across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Prioritize, organize, and streamline daily meetings and schedules for the CEO, ensuring seamless operations across global territories.
Evening Availability: Maintain responsiveness during evening hours to handle urgent schedule changes or international updates across different time zones.
Global Travel Logistics: Manage and optimize all corporate travel bookings, flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the global team across multiple regions.
Requirements
- B.A. degree in Humanities, or equivalent.
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Travel Coordinator in a global/multicultural company.
- Excellent relationships with employees, partners, providers and people as such.
- Proficient with MS-Office, Gmail, etc.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse interfaces.
- High flexibility and willingness to be available for urgent matters during evening hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
