What you'll be doing

• Analyze large-scale player data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across retention, progression, economy, and monetization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports used daily by Product, Game Design, and Monetization and R\\&D teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Economy Managers, and Developers to support data-driven decision making.
• Support A/B testing efforts: experiment design, results analysis, and clear recommendations.

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst (Gaming industry- must)
• Experience building dashboards using modern BI tools
• Strong ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to non-technical audiences
• Extensive SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong presentation and communication skills and proficiency in English
